I've taught negotiation on college campuses and I'm thrilled to now bring these invaluable strategies directly to my students, in course and coaching form, while in the comfort of their homes! I've been a Lawyer and Negotiator for over 17 years. Over the years I have negotiated multi-million dollar deals for others and 6-figure salaries for myself.

Prior to becoming a Multi-Hyphenate Entrepreneur, I worked in the entertainment and legal industries. After interning for a prominent Entertainment Attorney in Detroit, Michigan during law school, following graduation I accepted a position in the legal department at Black Entertainment Television or BET. After leaving BET, I went on to work in the federal government at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and for one of the world's largest government contractors, CACI.

I created this one on one coaching as a companion to my course, Negotiate Like A Lawyer And Get Paid What You're Worth. I poured my heart and soul into putting this course together to ensure that ALL students walk away with the tools and steps to negotiate more money and higher pay for themselves. This 1:1 coaching package is for YOU as an individual; which means I will be working with you directly during this coaching session.
